What we work on now

Product Save & Sync is our flagship app on the Shopify App Store — backup, restore, and cross-store copy with full metafield and metaobject fidelity. Alongside it we build custom Shopify apps for merchants, support stores migrating onto Shopify, and have a second app (Pocket, for solo founders) in development.
Bespoke performance displays, andon systems, OEE dashboards, and the integration work underneath them — bridging legacy machinery to modern cloud services.
When the work doesn't fit neatly into Shopify or industrial, we take it on as bespoke contract engineering. In practice that lands as one of three shapes — custom line-of-business software, bespoke dashboards, or data platforms and analytics applications on top. Each has its own pillar page.

Origin
Set up during the pandemic as a specialist practice. Early years were about learning which work to say no to — generalist consulting pays the bills but blurs the positioning, and a specialist business has to resist the temptation.
Sharper focus on data, analytics, and the Shopify ecosystem, informed by work with a sales coach. The first major contract after the rebrand was Historic Newspapers; Product Save & Sync launched on the Shopify App Store afterwards, and the industrial-and-manufacturing line has kept running through both names.
How we work
They matter only if we act on them.
"I don't know - is a perfectly good answer to any question." David's children roll their eyes when this one comes out at home. Same rule applies in the company: if we don't know, we say so. If the work is going to cost more than we quoted, we flag it before the invoice. If a project shouldn't exist, we'll tell you that too.
Data work compounds errors. The small things — a unit mismatch on a KPI, a timezone fudge on a timestamp, a metafield type that silently coerces — are where dashboards quietly lie. We check.
We're small. You deal directly with whoever is building your project, not three layers of account management.
